Prince Rupert City Council has just entered a Special Closed Session at 4:30 PM, the notice posted today to the city's website with just a short explanation as to the nature of the exclusion of the public..
The Agenda for the session is available for review here, though it provides few details as to the nature of the discussions to take place.
Noted is a provision, Section 21, of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
Should the City release any information related to the special session we'll follow up on the theme.
Council may at a later date also disclose the nature of their discussions as part of a Regular Council session.
