Prince Rupert RCMP seek help of public in locating man wanted on Assault with Weapon warrant

The Prince Rupert RCMP is looking to locate a 36 year old male wanted on warrants for a number of offences including assault with a weapon.

Wanted is George Christopher Lawson, the list of warrants attached to him include:

Breach of release order times 3
Theft under 5,000 dollars
Assault with a weapon

Lawson is described as follows:

An Indigenous male, 36 years of age
5 foot 9 inches (175 cm)
232 pounds (105 kg)
Black Hair with Brown Eyes

He also may have a beard at this time

The Prince Rupert detachment advises that he is considered dangerous and should not be approached.
