Red Moon Road's ode to an inquisitive Kermode bear
As we outlined on the blog on Thursday, two thirds of the folk/pop group Red Moon Road returned to the North Coast this week, ready to share their latest composition with North Coast residents who have been outspoken on the issue of the Enbridge Pipeline.
The group (one member was recuperating at home from an injury) called on Rupertites to provide the chorus for "Keromde the Bear Seeks an Explanation", a tale of a Kermode Spirit Bear along the highway, that has many questions for politicians and industry officials on the prospect of a pipeline across Northern BC to Kitimat.
The Northern View tagged along on Thursday night, offering up this review of the evening's sing-a-long, which was part of a video shoot by the group for the protest song.
Those wishing to follow the progress of the group and any announcements on the release of the video can check out the Red Moon Road website here.
