It's been a busy few days for Haida Gwaii, with the Edge of the World Festival just wrapping up and ceremonies set for a pole raising in Gwaii Haanas National park tomorrow.
And with all of that have come the visitors, returning visitors and new comers to the islands, some of them a little more famous than others.
The QCI Observer outlines a close encounter of the Political kind, with word of the vacation plans of Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau, who it appears has brought the family to the Islands, a place he has returned to a number of times since he was a child.
