More seismic movement off Vancouver Island, with 4.0 quake recorded this morning

Another moderate temblor has rumbled along the fault line off of Vancouver Island today, with a 4.0 magnitude earthquake recorded at shortly after 11 AM this morning.

The latest in the string of similar sized movements was located 217 kilometres SW of Port Hardy, at a depth of 10 kilometres.

No Tsunami warning was generated from this mornings event.
