New Board members join Chamber of Commerce to steer Chamber agenda for 2019



There has been a changing of some of the guard at the Prince Rupert and District of Chamber and as we head into April, the Chamber has welcomed some new faces to their Board as they prepare to face the challenges ahead for the business community in the region in 2019-20.

Taking on the position of President will be Michelle Boomars-MacNeill who was handed over the Chamber leadership reins by Past President Dave McKeever, who will remain on the Board for the upcoming year in his Past President's advisory role.

Carl Sampson will Serve as the Vice President for the Chamber.

Incoming members for 2019 will include Leanne Enns, Michael Gurney and Riley McNiece

Returning for another term of office on the Board will be:  Lisa Girbav, Nathan Randall, Ray Pedersen, Rory Gowler and Shelby Sullivan

The introduction of the new Board came as part of the end of March Chamber gathering.
