Real Estate Tracker: Week ending April 14, 2019

There was no change to our listings of ten this week, with no new entries and no movement for the existing listings for the week.

Every Monday, we look over the listing prices of the past seven days and outline the Top 10 asking prices in the area, providing a snap shot as to where the Real Estate market may be trending on a week-to-week basis.

The lineup remains the same as it was last week and with it, the geographical spread also covers the same territory for another seven days, with six homes now on the list from the west side, while four homes are found from the east.

The lowest mark for the list of ten rises a touch at  $575,000, while our top end from the last week now remains at the price point of  $749,000
