Those with an interest in volunteer community service have a one month window to review a trio of Society Board memberships that the City of Prince Rupert is looking to fill by appointment.
On Friday the City posted a call for volunteer Directors for three high profile Boards:
Performing Arts Centre Society
Port Edward Historical Society
Prince Rupert Library Society
Each of the positions has one board membership available.
More information related to work duties, meeting times an other responsibilities attached to the Board memberships can be found out through the Corporate Administration Office.
Interested applicants are asked to submit letters of interest which will include a written description of their skills and experiences and how they are relevant o the position that they choose to apply for. The deadline for the submission of applications is April 26th.
