Northern Health raises the number of residents having passed away at Acropolis Manor to Nine

Some more terrible news from Acropolis Manor with
Northern Health confirming six more passings today

Another sad day for Prince Rupert with Northern Health confirming today that an additional six residents of the Acropolis Manor Long term care facility have passed away over the weekend, bringing the number of the deceased to nine now.

The news for the community was relayed through an information statement today. The three previous deaths took place last week.

Northern Health also updated the information related to the spread of COVID at the facility, noting that 25 residents and 15 staff members have tested positive for the coronavirus.

The Health Authority has also relayed the ongoing enhanced control measures in place at Acropolis.
