There is only one change to note of this week's listing a return for a property on Overlook to the list of Ten.

The range of the week's results again runs from the top end of $1.195 million dollars to $739,000. 

The distribution of our list of ten for this week makes for five properties on the West side of the city, five east of the McBride Street Divide.
