Colourful creations make for opening to Seafest 2023 week in Prince Rupert

and area youngsters as part of the Seafest Colouring contest

The first event of Seafest 2023 is in the books, and what a book it's going to make with the Seafest Colouring Contest Jury having some tough decisions to make towards this years winning entries.

The Contest which was assisted by prizes courtesy of Prince Rupert's Save On Foods featured seven categories ranging from Pre School age up to Grade Five.

Prince Rupert Special Events celebrated the Kick off to Seafest Week with the announcement of the winners from each category this morning. 

The Seafest Artwork is now destined for Prince Rupert's Acropolis Manor to help share some of the spirit of Seafest with the city's Seniors and Elders.
