PRFD members were a key part of Friday's waterfront marine exercise at the Prince Rupert Cruise Terminal |
The Prince Rupert Fire Rescue Department has shared some of their photos from the combined effort on the Waterfront from Friday morning.
The exercise saw the PRFD, Prince Rupert Port Authority, Canadian Coast Guard and SAAM Towage Canada join together on a fire training session.
As we outlined on Friday, the Port released some video late Friday that provided a good overview of the work of the day Friday.
Such was the skill of the participants that the successful exercise wrapped up more than an hour and half ahead of the scheduled time.
The PRFD was fortunate to have acclaimed local photographer Lonnie Wishart along for the morning session to capture more of the training exercise.
You can review her work from the PRFD social media stream.
More notes on the work of Emergency Responders can be reviewed from our archive page.
