North Coast hockey talent will be celebrating a decade of hockey instruction next week as the Lou Lemire Hockey Skills Camp takes to the ice at the Prince Rupert Civic Centre
The popular week of hockey instruction which this year takes place from August 14 to 18, is one of four camps that Lou Lemire operates across British Columbia with the Prince Rupert version the second one that was launched as part of the program expansion.
The week long program offers power skating, Dryland training and on ice skill development as well as scrimmages and shooting skill sessions.
There are two camps in place for Prince Rupert one for Minor hockey players and the other for adult recreational Hockey players, the sessions are led by Lou Lemire and a team of training specialists.
Those that have not registered as of yet, missed out on the early bird discounts of June and July, with the fee for camp 460 dollars for the full four day program.
You can learn more about each camp and review the registration form at the Lou Lemire website
