RCMP seek assistance of public on missing persons case file



The Prince Rupert RCMP has put out a call for assistance from the public as they continue their investigation into a missing person's file opened yesterday.

In a notice posted to the Prince Rupert Detachment's website on Wednesday, local Mounties outlined the background to their search for Tanya Doris Shaw.

The 41 year old female has not been seen since April 15th, with the RCMP receiving the report of a missing person on the 22nd.

Ms. Shaw is described as 5 foot seven, 141 pounds, she has brown eyes and shoulder length brown hair.
