See update below:

Travellers along highway 16 will be on hold starting at 9:30 as vehicle recovery crews begin their work along a stretch of the highway near Seven Sisters Provincial park between Cedarvale and Terrace.

Few details have been released related to the highway incident, conditions this morning in the area show some snow and slick conditions in the region.

The Kitwanga highway camera shows the conditions along the
same stretch of highway as the vehicle recovery

It's not known how long the vehicle recovery process will take and there is no detour available for travellers heading east or west. The next update from Drive BC NW is expected to be provided at 1PM.

You can find those updates from their twitter feed or the Drive BC website
