The final planning is underway for next weeks Annual General meeting for the Metlakatla Development Corporation, but if members of the First Nation have plans to attend they had best get in their RSVPs.

A Notice posted to the Metlakatla First Nation Facebook feed earlier this week notes that owing to potential space constraints at the venue, attendance will be limited to only 115 attendees, with those on the reservation list at the head of the line.

Those that are interested in seeking election to the Board of Directors for the Development Corporation also are on a timeline, with the deadline to submit a resume coming up on November 14th.

That advisory also making note that there will not be a virtual stream of this years AGM gathering.
