Prince Rupert and District Chamber of Commerce assembles a team for Breakfast brainstorming session on trades issues

The state of the trades on the North Coast and the challenges being faced by industrial groups will make for the theme at the next Prince Rupert and District Chamber of Commerce Breakfast. 

The Northern Trades Brainstorming session set for 7:30 to 9:00 AM on Tuesday November 8th one that will do a little brainstorming towards the topic. 

The gathering to take place at the Crest Hotel will expire a range of areas. 

Topics for the event include recruitment and retention. as well as how the workplace has changed after COVID.  

Supply chain issues, the use of technology in the trades and how to create efficiencies towards the work load also set to be the focus for the hour and half discussion with Chamber members.

Serving as the Brains for the Brainstorming are reprsentatives from six local organizations:

They include:

Kerry Northcott -- Pembina Energy
Rodrigo Curvo -- Raumont Logistics
Gerard Nolan -- AltaGas
Chris Woodrow -- Coastaltek
Jordan from Rupert Wood and Steel
Warren Beal -- Adventure Paving

The Breakfast session has fees of 45 dollars for members, 48 dollars for prospective members.
