He's a former student, part of their alumni and now recognized for his remarkable work in the community, with Coast Mountain College honouring Rob Gruber as part of Yesterday's Prince Rupert Campus Convocation at the Lester Centre of the Arts.
The award and a magnificent looking piece of art was presented to Mr. Gruber at the Convocation, noting of his work in the community that demonstrates Coast Mountain College's values by giving back to community through volunteerism.
A long standing Prince Rupert booster, a family trait through the decades, Rob has been a key leader in the community for his work with youth and other projects that he has taken on towards his involvement in the city.
