Prince Rupert Library hosting LEGO Robotics workshop next week

A chance for youngsters in Prince Rupert to put their imagination to work is coming up on Monday at the Prince Rupert Library when Maria Devauld hosts a Lego Robotics workshop.

Designed for children ages of 10 to 14, the Library's multi-purpose room will be turned into a robotics laboratory to give those attending a glimpse into how robotics work in a fun and informative way.

There are two sessions planned for youth, each three hours in length during the Monday, July 18th workshops.

The first takes place at 10 AM, with the second session of the day set for 2 PM.

Seats are limited to ten participants per session and you must pre-register to claim one.

You can check to see if any space is still available and find out more information about the workshops from the Front Desk at the Prince Rupert Library on Sixth Street West, or by calling them at 250-627-1245.

The funding for the program has been provided by the NorthWest Library Foundation.

More on Monday's workshop and other notes from the Library can be found on their website and Facebook page.
