Every Monday, we look over the listing prices of the past seven days and outline the Top 10 asking prices in the area, providing a snap shot as to where the Real Estate market may be trending on a week to week basis.

Our list of the top ten priced homes for the week ending July 17 is below:

That departure, moves much of the previous listings from last week up one spot and opens a position at the bottom of the list for a new entry.
A home on Summit claims the number ten spot on the week. With the change to the book ends of our list of ten, we find a shift for the low end of the ranking of ten to the 422,500 dollar mark, while the top end of the weeks listings is now based at $575,000.
The balance of properties from east to west shifts remains the same, with seven properties now found on the west side of the city and three properties listed from the east side of the city's McBride Street dividing line.
