Every Monday, we look over the listing prices of the past seven days and outline the Top 10 asking prices in the area, providing a snap shot as to where the Real Estate market may be trending on a week to week basis.

Our list of the top ten priced homes for the week ending October 16, 2016 is below:

Two changes arrive to the list of ten this week with a property on Conrad Street returning to the listings and another on Alpine making a re-appearance, with a west side residence on Graham taking its leave of the review.
With the movement Seven of the ten properties now come from west of the McBride Street divide, leaving the east side to host three listings for the week.
The pricing structure for the most part however stays much the same, the lower range is now set at a value of $439,000, while our top end from the last week remains pegged at $829,000.
