Rampage and their Fans to give an assist to Salvation Army's Food Bank this Sunday

Time to sharpen up your blades and head to the rink, the annual Skate with the Rampage is set for this Sunday as the players from Prince Rupert's CIHL team welcome their fans to the ice in aid of the Salvation Army's Food Bank program.

The annual event, which has become a popular pre-Christmas tradition will see members of the Rampage on the ice Sunday afternoon from 3:15 to 5:15 PM, sharing the afternoon with fans and offering up a chance for followers of the team to meet the players, grab an autograph or two and take in some holiday cheer.

Those that wish to participate in the event can drop by with a donation to the Food Bank to take to the ice, that don't have their own skates can take advantage of a Free Skate Rental for the Skate.

Those that might want to challenge a Rampage player to an end to end rush, can do some pre-skate scouting on Saturday night, that's when the Rhinos take on the visiting Kitimat Ice Demons in CIHL action, with puck drop Saturday set for 7 PM.

You can find out more about the event from the Rampage Facebook page, twitter feed and website.

Note: That is a change from the previous time for the Skate which had been scheduled for later in the day.
