Yet another in the string of growing signs that Christmas is indeed but a few short weeks away, comes from the corner of McBride and Sixth Avenue today.

Those passing by will notice that the Prince Rupert's Rotary Club has set up shop once again, ready to help with your Christmas Tree requirements for this holiday season.

The Central Location across McBride from the Library and RCMP detachment makes for an easy to access spot to pick up the bounty of the tree harvesting season.

The Rotarians and their community minded helpers will be at the Tennis Courts from Saturday December 9th through until Sunday, December 23rd, or until the supply of trees lasts.

The Hours for the Prince Rupert version of a Christmas Tree farm will be as follows:

Monday to Friday -- 4:30 to 6:30 PM
Saturday's -- 12 Noon to 6 PM
Sunday's 2 -- 2 PM to 5 PM

Four to Six Foot Trees -- $30.00
Six to Eight Foot Trees -- $40.00

The Christmas Tree Sale is just one of a number of community events and activities that Rotarians take part in during the year, just a few weeks ago the organization hosted the popular Rotary Auction, you can review how that three night event wrapped up here.

More notes on the Christmas Tree Sale and other items of interest from the Rotary Club can be found from their Facebook Page.
