SD52 announces duties for Officers of Board of Education

School District 52 has provided a synopsis of their November 3rd Board Meeting, outlining which members of the Board of Education will be assigned positions with the Board.

From their announcement, the  members take on the following roles:

Chair James Horne 

Vice Chair Kate Toye 

BCSTA Provincial Council Member Kristy Maier 

BCSTA Provincial Council Alternate Louisa Sanchez 

Bargaining Representative Council Member Bart Kuntz 

Bargaining Representative Council Alternate Kate Toye

This marks the third year that Mr. Horne has served as the Chair of the Board of Education

The next meeting for the SD52 board is coming up on Tuesday, November 10th, as part of that session, the official confirmation of the range of other committee positions will be made.

However, a sneak preview of that announcement can be found from the Agenda package for the November 10th meeting.

The upcoming Board meeting will feature the Superintendent of School's Report, Secretary-Treasurers Report, A number of committee reports, as well as a ten minute Question & Answer period.
