Magazine offers up highlights for 48 hour tour of Prince Rupert

Western Living magazine has pointed the GPS at Prince Rupert and those that read the travel tidbits offered up get a fairly good overview of some of the things to do, though any Rupertite could probably offer up a dozen more if asked.

Among some of the stops along the way for those that follow the trail blazed by Western Living will be the Crest Hotel, Butze Rapids, Cargo Kitchen, the Wheelhouse Brewing Company, Cowpuccinos and Fukusaku.

A trip up the Khutzeymateen with Prince Rupert Adventure Tours and a stop at the North Pacific Cannery Historical Site also are must do's while on the North Coast, with the travelogue featuring a range of photographs from local photographers to help add to the temptation to hit the road for a two day visit.

The Western Living item only scratches the surface of the may tourist options available for those that arrive on the North, once here, visitors may quickly find that there's much more adventure and North Coast culture to explore.

A link to the magazine's profile of the region can be found here.
