As we wind down this most memorable of years, the City is looking for some industrial help and for assistance in the clerical world, with two job opportunities with a deadline of December 30th to explore.
The first is a Pipe-fitters position that will be focused on work of the city's water/wasterwater infrastructure plans. Reporting to Operations Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of all aspects of water/wastewater infrastructure.
There's a wide scope of Education and Qualifications required, as well as a few skills that must be acquired over the course of two years once part of the workforce.

Human Resources – Operations Department 424 3rd Avenue West,The Second Holiday period job opportunity now available is that of a Landfill Clerk/Labourer's Position for the Ridley Island Road Landfill site facility.
Reporting to Operations Management, the successful candidate will provide Labouring, Custodial, Scale House Attendant duties and if qualified, operate equipment in the Operator I classification at the Ridley Island Landfill Site. The primary duty of the incumbent will be labouring and scale house relief. This position will be required to work Tuesday to Saturday.
