The city has an advisory for those who travel along Conrad Street between 11th Avenue East and Prince Rupert Boulevard to be aware of some challenges starting tomorrow, as work begins on a streetlight replacement program for the area.
As part of the work, the current lights will not be operational with drivers asked to travel slowly and to exercise caution at the pedestrian crossings on the route.
