Cargo opens its doors, offering one more dining option for Prince Rupert

After a couple of test runs on friends and family, the owners of the newest dining spot on the North Coast opened their doors last week.

Cargo, located at Mariners Park in the downtown area (101 1st Avenue East) debuted its fare on Thursday, the first day of operations for the restaurant that first popped up on the radar back in October.

Among some of the intriguing staples put together on the menu by Chef Avi Steinberg at Cargo; The
Jolly Roger Burger, Pacific Standard Wild Salmon, New York to Tokyo steak and Moroccan Chicken.

The full listings of what is available can be found here.

Taking advantage of the Wheelhouse Craft Brewery just down the street, Prince Rupert's own Wheelhouse Brewery products are available on tap at Cargo.

Hours of operation for Cargo run from 4 PM to 10 PM Monday through Wednesdays, 4 PM to 11 PM Thursday through Saturday and 4 PM to 10 PM on Sunday.
