School District 52 prepares Annual Budget Consultation Sessions

School District 52's Board of Education is making preparations to deliver their first update on the Annual Budget Consultation process, with the first session planned for the Multi Purpose room at Charles Hays Secondary School on Thursday, January 30th at 7PM.

At that time, Board members and School District officials will be bringing parents and interested observers up to date on the development of the budget. 

They are also looking for feedback from those in attendance at what they are describing as a World Cafe discussion, those attending will be asked to identify the priorities that they have in mind regarding both the schools of the district and the impact of the budget on students.

That format for discussion will provide for small discussion groups to discuss one particular topic at a time at each station.
