Second quarter surge propels Pronghorns to win over Timberwolves

Later that evening the men's game went to triple overtime in a highly entertaining thriller which saw the Lethbridge squad claimed victory over the Timberwolves by a score of 126-120.

January has seen the Lady Timberwolves get off to a slow start, slipping to fifth place in the Pacific Division of the CIS, they next see action this weekend when the always challenging UVic Vikings arrive in town for a two game series in Prince George starting on Friday night.

Those looking to follow the Timberwolves through the remainder of the CIS schedule should keep an eye on the listings, CIS games are featured through that online streaming system and most of the UNBC games both women's and men's can be found there on the weekend.
