They've had the holidays on their mind for almost a month now at Regional District, with the regional government agency having relayed their Holiday closure plans at the start of November.
In a notification posted to the Regional District website, the details of the planned closures of service include the Prince Rupert Recycling Centre with will be Closed from December 25-28 and again on January 1st.
The same schedule is in effect on Haida Gwaii for the Port Clements Landfill site.
The Regional District Office will be closed from December 28 to January 1st, with the return to regular hours set for January 4th
