Real Estate Tracker: Week ending January 10, 2021

Our first review of Real Estate in Prince Rupert for 2021 delivers a reduced property value amount from the listings of ten; as some of the higher priced properties noted at the end of 2020 are no longer part of the information pages from the city's two realtors.

While some of the higher end priced homes may be off the list, the split between the east and west of the city continues to favour the Western side, with seven single family homes found west of McBride and three homes listed for east of the city's main north/south arterial road.

The total value of the list of ten now sits at just over the 6.8  million dollar mark.

The lowest mark for the list of ten  sits  at $499,000 while our top end from the last week now is marked  at the price point of  $1,098,980

This weeks listings review comes following the release of BC Assessment information on January 5th, which provided for some significant shifts upwards for some residents, while others in the region found a slight decline in their assessed values for the year ahead.
