There wasn't much in the way of change to our list of ten since our last dispatch of late July, other than a price drop for a few of the properties, the roster of listings is as it was last month.
Three of our ten, currently top the count in the million dollar plus mark this week, with another not far off that pace. The remainder of the week's listings are in the $800 - 900 thousand dollar mark.
The distribution of our list of ten features tilts to the west this week, with six listings west of McBride, four to the east.
