Over the weekend residents of Lax Kw'alaams had a sneak peek at what Sunday's Opening Ceremony of the 60th edition of the All Native Basketball tournament will look like.
On Sunday, the preview of what will make for some of the Opening Ceremonies for the tournament took place as the Lax Kw'alaams Tribal Dancers hosted the Amago'ot Gyetm Maaxii, Prince Rupert dance group for a final dress rehearsal and community performance.
The hard work of preparation will be featured on Sunday evening at the Jim Ciccone Civic Centre, when they make for the feature presentation of Lax Kw'alaams as they host this years event.
The highly anticipated signature part of tournament week will get underway at 8PM in the Russell Gamble Gymnasium, those who don't have tickets can view the opening ceremonies courtesy of CFNR Radio which will be providing the stream cast of Opening Night.
