Real Estate Tracker: Week ending February 24, 2019

There's  slight change to the line up for the final week of February as we subtract from the west side and add to the east side.

Even with the movement however, the West side continues to host the larger number of our list of ten for another week.

Every Monday, we look over the listing prices of the past seven days and outline the Top 10 asking prices in the area, providing a snap shot as to where the Real Estate market may be trending on a week-to-week basis.

There was one change to report from the last seven days when it comes to the overview of the top end listings for the Prince Rupert area.

That with the removal of a west side property and the entry of one from the east side of town to the listings of the ten top end homes in the city. The change making for a shift in the balance between east and west, with six homes now on the list from the west side, while four homes are found from the east.

The total value for the top ten listings in Prince Rupert now sits at just over $6,303,000.

The lowest mark for the list of ten is set at  $550,000, while our top end from the last week now remains at the price point of  $749,000
