Completed forms can be returned by email at cityhall@princerupert.ca or hand delivered through the mail slot at City Hall, 424 Third Avenue West, narking your envelope or subject line with Civic Recognition Nomination.
The deadline for nominations is 4:30 PM on Friday, June 11th.

The annual celebration of community minded Rupertites has in recent years taken place as part of the Canada Day celebrations at Mariner's Park, though last year COVID put those plans on the shelf and it could be the same scenario for 2021.
Further details on how the City plans to recognize those nominated for this year will most likely be revealed next month.
