There appears to be a flurry of new property listings found in the mid range across town, with more and more For Sale signs popping up on front lawns in recent weeks.
When it comes to the top end listings, there is one new addition to the list of ten for the week, with a property on Fourth Avenue West overlooking the city just placed in the local inventory.
The addition does serve to push the price point of our ten properties over the 7.6 million mark for the week .
The split between the east and west of the city finds six properties listed on the west side of the city marking four to the list for the area east of McBride for the review.
