Real Estate Tracker: Week ending May 23, 2021

An equal split from east to west makes for a change in the real estate dynamic for the days following a long weekend, with a new property entering our list of ten from the east side of the city providing the balance between the two side of the McBride Street line.

The addition doesn't change  the price point of our ten properties too much however, with the overall value of the ten now at the 7.5 million mark for the week, a slight decline from a week ago.

The split between the east and west of the city finds six properties listed on the west side of the city marking four to the list for the area east of McBride for the review.

The listings below are purely for information purposes, for further background on the properties recorded, see our links page for access to the individual real estate listings.
