A bit of a lull in the North Coast realty scene this week, with no change to our list of ten over the last seven days.
An in fact, other than an occasional ask price change, there has been little change to that list since early December.
The range of the week's listings again runs from the top end of $1.149 million to $745,000.
The distribution of our list of ten brings six properties to the west side of city, compared to the east side's four.
