The Charles Hays Senior Boys Rainmakers will host their first two home games of the season tonight and tomorrow as they welcome Bulkley Valley Christian School the CHSS Gymnasium.
The visitors from Smithers currently ranked number nine province wide in the A Division of BC High School Basketball.
The Rainmakers participate in the AA Division, yet to crack the top ten listings, though the season is just underway on the path towards the March Zones and potential Provincial championship berths.
For the Charles Hays squad, the home court dates come following a recent trip to Prince George and a three play weekend with Duchess Park Secondary.
A hectic pace of games which saw the Rainmakers drop the first game by four points, but then bounce back to claim game two by ten points and the third and final matchup by 15 points.
This weekend's game times with Bulkley Valley Christian are set for 7:30 PM tonight and again at 10AM on Saturday morning at the Prince Rupert Boulevard campus.
Following the weekend doubleheader, the Rainmakers will be heading the way of Smithers next week as they arrive in the Bulkley Valley for the Smithers Secondary tournament.
