The New year, brings a new season of Bonspiels set to get underway for Prince Rupert Curling Club

The Curling season heats up this month with the first Bonspiel of the
2023 as well as planning for the Ladies Valentines Bonspiel in February

The roar of the rocks is getting a bit louder this month as activity ramps up at the Seal Cove location for the Prince Rupert Curling Club, the start of 2023 bringing with it the annual roll out of bonspiel activity.

One of the early events this coming weekend  as the Club hosts the New Beers Doubles Spiel event on Saturday.

That  session of rock throwing and sweeping offers an opportunity for 2 person teams to test their skills in some friendly competition.

Find out more about it and register for Saturdays event from the special page created for the new Beers Doubles Spiel.

February brings the return of the popular Ladies Valentine Bonspiel set for three days of Curling from February 10-12, the event features a theme of Welcome to the Movies, and beyond the competitive curling on the weekend, there is also a dinner and dance.
