Real Estate Tracker: Week ending October 22, 2022

One property came off the list of ten for this week, the listing from the east side of the city was replaced by one from the far west; swinging the balance back to West of the McBride Street line for the next seven days.

The tour of our top end notes is now at two for those currently atop the count in the million dollar plus mark this week,  The remainder of the week's listings are in the $799 - 900 thousand dollar mark.
