Prince Rupert Fire/Rescue is warming up the grill for Open House this Saturday

A chance to look over some of the fire apparatus with the PRFD and meet
some of the fire fighters is on tap for Saturday as the Department hosts
an Open House in Prince Rupert

Prince Rupert's Fire fighters are preparing to raise the doors to the Fire Hall on Saturday as the PRFD hosts an Open House and BBQ for the community at their First Avenue Hall.

The Saturday event will take place from 11 AM to 2 PM and residents are encouraged to drop by to see the fire equipment on hand, meet with some of the Fire Crew members, as well as to learn a bit about home fire safety.

In addition to checking out the skill of the Firefighters on the Grill, those who drop by can also enter a draw for some door prizes to be awarded.
