The countdown to Election Day continues to tick towards Saturday at 8AM and as Prince Rupert residents go over their lists of who they may want to vote for towards the four year term of office ahead, the City of Prince Rupert is providing for a short tutorial on how the vote process will go ahead.
A video from the City provides a few notes on voting decorum at the Jim Ciccone Civic Centre, as well as the key elements for the vote itself, with a reminder that you don't have to vote for all Six Council candidates or those for School Board.
Whether your choice is one or six, your decision will be tallied, as long as you follow the rules.
The Polling Stations open up at 8 AM on Saturday morning, the last chance to cast a ballot as the 8PM hour is marked and the doors to the Civic Centre Auditorium are closed for the count.
The City has also made note of the 4 requirement to participate in our democratic process come this Saturday.
