Northern Savings Credit Union salutes four INSPIRE Award recipients

Four organizations in Prince Rupert, Terrace and on Haida Gwaii
shared in last weeks celebrations of International Credit Union Day

As part of their celebration of International Credit Union Day last week, Northern Savings Credit Union announced the recipients of 50,000 dollars in cash awards for local organizations as part of the Credit Union's Inspire program. 

The four recipients covered all of the service areas for Northern Savings, from the home office in Prince Rupert to Terrace and Haida Gwaii.

The INSPIRE Fund is a homegrown initiative that enhances our current community funding program. The Fund provides financial support to long-standing initiatives that reflect the essence of our vision of neighbours helping neighbours to build sustainable communities. The program is successful thanks to the support of 17,000 plus members of Northern Savings Credit Union.
