A new million dollar listing has made its debut on our list of ten, a property on Second Avenue West, that is more about the potential than the current reality it would appear.
Other than that there are few changes to the listings of the week other than a swap of east side properties, the new arrival on 2nd West does however boost the overall totals for our ten top end properties to just over 8 million dollars.
The split between the east and west of the city remains the same, with six properties listed on the west side of the city marking four to the list for the area east of McBride for the review.
