In February, we noted of the program which is part of the Prince Rupert School District's In Service Planning and answers their work towards Truth and Reconciliation.

"We have been working to improve our new staff to make sure that they are in service on Truth and Reconciliation and in the next two weeks we will be starting those in services with our new staff and then expanding that to include all staff into next year" -- SD52 Superintendent Andrew Samoil

The program provides background towards Ts'mysen land and culture, with a plan for all those employed by the District to participate in the program as it evolves through the year.
