Update from Planning to review three month activity for Council tonight

City Council members will see a return to a more regular period of updates on development themes tonight, with the City's Planning office to provide a report on the period from November 2021 to February 2022.

The document which has been prepared by planner Daniel Rajasooria, will update Council on the status of the applications for the period of note.

The synopsis for the presentation notes that:

In terms of development permits (including minor works or sign permits), ten were approved, one is in progress, and one is on hold.

In terms of development variance permits, eight were approved, five are in progress, and one is on hold. In terms of temporary use permits, one is in progress.

In terms of Official Community Plan and/or Zoning Bylaw amendments, two were approved and two are in progress.

The full report for Council can be reviewed from page of the Agenda Package for tonight.
