Other than a property taken off the listings from the west side of the city, there was little change to our list of ten for the last seven days.
The departing property was on Van Arsdol, with a First Avenue West property returning to the list.
The overview of the listings keeps the balance to the West side of the city with seven west of McBride, three to the east.
