Real Estate Tracker: Week ending March 20, 2022

With Spring upon us, the pace of new listings seems to be gaining speed, with three new properties on our list of ten.

Also of note for the last seven days a pair of departures, including a million dollar property that had held the top for a number of weeks.

Among the three new entries for this week is an Edwards Avenue property that is bubbling just under the one million mark.

The overview of the listings keeps the balance to the West side of the city with seven west of McBride, three to the east.

The real estate review below is purely for information purposes, for further background on the properties recorded, see our links pages for access to the individual real estate listings.
